What is an Adult Care Facility?

An Adult Care Facility or ACF is a residential care facility that houses a group of adults usually with a type of mental illness. 

 

Do these homes have to be licensed? 

Yes, by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addition Services.

 

After taking the class am I able to contact TGH with questions or concerns?

Yes, we hold your hand every step of the way.

 

Do these homes require 24-hour care?

No, 24-hour care isn’t required. 

 

Can I do children?

We only deal with adults’ men or women 18 years and up.
